Qualifications :
At least reached College level
At least 2-3 years of BPO experience
Has own PC / Laptop , headset and a reliable internet
Has conducive work place
Responsibilities :
Evaluate problems and complaints of the customers then come up with proper solutions
Empathize and actively listen to the real issues of the customer
Educate the customer of the company’s policies and procedures and other options that might resolve their concerns
Very good to excellent English communication skills
Very good comprehension skills
Able to multi-task and keen to details
Works well under pressure
Can work with minimal supervision
Results driven and goal achiever
Trustworthy and reliable
Can start ASAP
