Job Overview
The Senior Crew is responsible for the following:
• Providing good customer service and attending to customers’ needs
• Taking and serving customers their orders
• Dealing with customer feedbacks with a positive attitude
• Regular Sanitation
• Lending a hand to different store areas whenever it is needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 18 years old (legal age to work)
• Preferably with six months dining staff experience
• At least High School graduate
• Can work full-time and on a flexible schedule (shifting schedules: morning, mid-day, and night shifts)
• Has a customer-oriented approach
• Patient and willing to learn
• Responsible
• Attentive to cleanliness and safety
