**Job Description: Liaison Staff**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate the smooth delivery of medical supplies samples to hospital clients.
- Follow up on the evaluation status of products.
- Introduce new products to accounts.
- Manage collections from clients.
- Assist in product deliveries.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
1. **Sample Delivery:**
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies samples.
- Handle samples with care to maintain product quality.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to meet client needs.
2. **Product Evaluation Follow-up:**
- Track the evaluation status of products with hospital clients.
- Gather and relay feedback to the relevant superior.
- Address concerns or queries regarding product evaluations promptly.
3. **Introducing New Products:**
- Present new medical supplies to existing and potential clients.
- Provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations as needed.
4. **Client Collection Management:**
- Manage collections from hospital clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation of transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding payments professionally.
5. **Client Follow-up:**
- Maintain regular communication with clients to nurture relationships.
- Address client concerns or queries effectively.
- Provide assistance and support to ensure client satisfaction.
6. **Assisting in Deliveries:**
- Assist in coordinating and executing product deliveries.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure efficiency.
- Handle delivery-related issues or challenges promptly.
