Job Overview
Oversees the recruitment process and suggest strategies to meet the staffing demand of the organization. 
  • Suggest and implement training and development programs. Research, suggest, implement, and monitor compensation and benefits programs for the organization.
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.
  • Ensure legal compliance of HR state and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Reports to the CEO for any proposal, updates, initiatives, and others.
  • Other HR tasks


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or other related field
  • Handled supervisory role in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proven solid experience in a BPO set up is preferred (at least 3-5 years)
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Knowledge of any HR systems or tools
  • Background in training and development, and recruitment is an advantage.
