Job Overview
The job of an HR Associate involves:Obtaining, recording, forwarding, and explaining human resource information
Managing company human resources recordsAssisting new employees with enrollment procedures
Running and managing all the administrative tasks of an HR departmentRecruitment
HR record maintenancePayroll administration
Organization policies and proceduresFacilitating employee relations through regular communication and surveys
Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Supporting HR management in all workforce development, recruitment and training initiatives
Qualifications:• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/recruiting position.• With Employee relations and Recruitment experience.• Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases. (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)• Problem-solving ability.• Excellent organizational skills.• Strong communications skills.• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
