Job Overview
Job Description:

  1. Answer tickets sent to Zendesk.
  2. Tagging the concern (e.g., messaging, templates, etc.) sent to Zendesk
  3. Coordinate with the supervisor for unfamiliar concerns.
  4. Sending reports by the end of the day on how many tickets were solved and what needs to be followed up.
  5. Call the client if necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. Computer Literate
  2. Excellent verbal and written English
  3. With at least 3 years of BPO experience (CSR / TSR / Sales) but would not consider profiles not less than a year.
  4. Organized and disciplined - consistency in attendance
