  • 1. Develop and implement the HR plans, strategies and programs in line with theCompany’s overall business objectives as part of the Corp Team. 
  • 2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources: lead and guide HRteam to deliver best 
  • 3. Implement HR services to all business units; support business units and all othersupport functions in all matters related to 
  • 4. HR Manage recruitment, compensation & benefits, labor law, compliance, policiesand procedures and HR best practices

  • Skills Ability to develop and deliver HR strategies in a fast- paced business environment. Must have hands-on or actual experience in developing and conducting Trainings Possess leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team and also be able to interact across all levels within the company. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Professional level verbal and written communications skills. Able to multi-task and can handle work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • EducationDegree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, HR-related post graduate studies/qualification is desirable.
  • Remuneration / CTC $(Yearly)15, 000 - 20,000
