>Has Account Management experience for at least 1 year
>Knows how to handle/create Client Proposals
>Intuitive and has good decision-making skills
>Knows when to pursue and not to pursue clients and potential prospects
>Respects structures and procedures
>Can communicate clearly how they were able to close deals with previous clients (provide a step by step overview of what actions and strategies they used)
