BBDM is a captive Marketing Support and Call Center Support operations of Home Alliance LA, California. They cater to the back office marketing campaigns of the services of Home Alliance and the call center receives all inbound calls from the customer calling to book a service appointment with them. The company was established in 2016 by President Rufelia Petralba and the Founder and CEO of Home Alliance, Sardor Umrdinov. Started their operations with only 5 agents and have grown to what it is now at 110 employees for both Marketing and Call Center Operations. The company BBDM continues to grow, hit revenue and exceeds customers expectations and demands. The company is on its way of expanding their services to other clients and grow the BPO set up they have here in the Philippines.

Our parent company Home Alliance is located in Los Angeles, California, back in 2011 our founder and CEO Sardor Umrdinov started as a Technician and eventually open his own business for home repair. They started with 6 people working in the office with 12 technicians and the rest is history. At end of 2019 we received a total of 889,547 calls from our customers with multiple services we offered from Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, ADC and all sorts of Appliance repair and now servicing different cities in 11 states in the US and continue expanding.

By the end of 2018 we have opened 4 offices in different countries and location with 150 staff in our Los Angeles, California office and 200 Technicians across the different states in the US country. In 2019 we moved our Corporate office in San Fernando Valley, California to accommodate the growth we have accomplished over the years.
